Maitland Business Chamber is committed to protecting your personal information. This statement outlines our practices relating to personal information obtained through access to its website.

From time to time Maitland Business Chamber conducts or takes part in business surveys, educational programs, the distribution of e-newsletters and e-letters, the compilation of business directories and other initiatives. Our membership list is available to financial members of the Chamber.

The Privacy (Amendment) Act 2001 requires us to seek permission from our members to use their business details for these and similar Chamber activities.

We only collect personal information directly from the member or the member's authorised agent and the information collected is used only for lawful purposes directly related to the functions of the Chamber. The Chamber will only request information that is necessary for the stated purpose of the collection.
